| Toni has lived in Mason County, at Alderbrook Golf and Yacht Club for the most part, for all but a few beginning years. Much of her business has come from past clients, neighbors and referrals. She has a thorough knowledge of real estate in the Alderbrook Golf and Yacht Club community and the properties on or near the Hood Canal waterfront. She is a dedicated horsewoman. Thus, she has maximized her awareness of quality farms or large parcels for sale within the county. |

| Toni and her husband, Mick, have three daughters and seven grandchildren. She recruited her husband to participate in a sales team to expand the sales efforts for all customers.
